Upon graduation she worked as a Pantry Chef in a Twin Cities restaurant and realized that along with her passion for preparing fabulous food, she enjoys making people happy and relaxed with food. This led her along the path to becoming a personal chef! Mel is also employed by ChefsUSA in Atlanta and provides cooking demonstrations to a premier twin cities grocery.
